Special session at IGIC 2013 on: Responsible Innovations in Game Design, Development and Play

Computer and video games are becoming increasingly widespread with a diverse audience in all entertainment, casual and serious domains. The increasing demand for video games across all ages, cultures, genders and uses has had a huge impact on society and the economy.  This special session presents findings of our  recent  call on responsible innovations  in Game Design, Development and Play (Part of the call for contributions on Responsible Innovations in ICT (The  FRRIICT project)). The call is open until the 20 August 2013 and we are interested to hear from all researchers and practitioners who might be interested to submit. There are 3 prizes of £500 each for top 3 submissions and prizes will be awarded during the special session at IGIC 2013 and a collective paper from presentations and discussions of the special session including all the attending authors and session chairs will be included  in  the conference proceedings.
