Dear Colleague,
Please find below a notice of the DiGRA Australia Annual General Meeting, 23rd September 2015.
The meeting will be held at 12:00pm in room 8.03, Doug McDonnel Building, at The University of Melbourne. Please click here for a map<http://maps.unimelb.edu.au/parkville/building/168>.
 Members who are unable to attend may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf at the meeting by contacting DIGRAA Secretary, Laura Crawford lauracrawford at swin.edu.au<mailto:lauracrawford at swin.edu.au>. The deadline for this is 24 hours before the AGM. Those with questions about nominating for positions should contact DiGRAA President, Martin Gibbs martin.gibbs at unimelb.edu.au<mailto:martin.gibbs at unimelb.edu.au>.

1.       Opening of the meeting and preamble by Martin Gibbs, President, DiGRAA.

2.       Election of meeting functionaries

a.       Chairperson

b.      Secretary

c.       Vote counters

3.       Approval of agenda

4.       DiGRAA 2015 Conference Report (Tom Apperley)

5.       DiGRAA 2016 Plan (Marcus Carter)

6.       Discussion and feedback from members.

7.       Committee Elections

a.       Nominations will be sought for 4 executive committee members (President, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer)

b.      Nominations will be sought for 3 ordinary members ('Board members')

c.       Nominations will be sought for 1 ordinary member ('Student representative', limited to currently enrolled students)
If a ballot is required for any positions (for example, where there are more nominees than available positions), the chairperson will appoint a returning officer to conduct the ballot. The elections will be by secret ballot. Current committee members can be found on the DiGRAA website here, http://digraa.org/digraa-board/.
