The DiGRA students group has a pretty good bibliography. Online here: http://digrastudents.org/ludodemia/
Back in the day, Jason Rutter used to have a a really good online database/bibliography too, before he retired/escaped from academia, but I'm presuming that no longer exists.
best
Garry.

Hi all,

I would suggest creating a group within cloud-based reference database tool like Zotero or Mendeley. Zotero has the advantages* of being open source and free. For example DiGRA Flanders have setup such a group biblio, currently running at 139 items:

https://www.zotero.org/groups/digra_flanders

Once its in such a tool, you can sort it in all sorts of ways.

Cheers,
Adam

* disclaimer - I am already invested in using Zotero for my personal reference management ;)

That's a great idea - I would be very interested in that list when it is compiled. Perhaps we could have a list that can be sorted by year?

Subject: [DiGRA UK] Book Recommendations
I’ve got some budget left to spend in our library book fund – I know there’s been an influx of good books centred around games / games design / games studies lately but I’m a little lost on what I’ve already got on order so – Can you recommend a book you think our library should have that’s been published this year? (I’ve managed to keep up to date in previous years)

This might also be handy as guide to others, the start of some kind of meta online reading list….
