Digra SIG (who also offers this email list) pages can be used for this. 
The bibliography tool there supports adding abstracts, etc. Moreover, 
data can be added by multiple persons. I just need to add contributors 
as SIG members (registration to digra.org before that is needed).

There one can have multiple bibliography lists etc.
