If somebody really begins a database i will be very happy to send all information i have, and with an english abstract (if possible)

I would definitely want a look at that list, too, so why not post it 
somewhere public? I personally think that at the very least, any public 
list on the SIG site should be created without any regard to language. 
One never knows what others can read or not. And with English 
summaries, we can give pioneer credit where it's due.

I'll ask around my contacts in Italy, Slovakia, South Africa, Hungary 
and Poland, who all have mentioned local research, to see what we can 
gather up. There's plenty of great stuff around, I think.
