I can only think of

1) IJRP, in http://journalofroleplaying.org/
2) JID, in http://www.rpg.net/larp/journal/

uh..

Some very few books, like perhaps

3) Gaming as Culture, in http://sqhendricks.com/GamingCultures/ 
(editorial review I guess).

Umm.

4) DiGRA digital library has very few things, but some, in 
http://www.digra.org/dl


And that's it, no? Games and Culture has like one paper by Anders et al.

5) http://gac.sagepub.com/


That's my 1/2 cents. The list is short indeed.
