I think the call says: A), proposal (800 words) and papers (2500 to 6000 
words each).

It depends on focus of the panel. 2500 word paper might be impossible if 
focus match (but making a good paper is challenging).

If history repeats itself the deadline will be postponed. But one cannot 
trust that...
