[Roleplaying] panel confusion

Hey everyone
This must be because I am running around with my head downwards here in Australia, but I am getting confused: For the 15th of April deadline, do we need:
A) Both the panel proposal AND the papers (full, short, talks and so forth), or
B) Only the 800 word panel proposal and confirmations from people that they will write and submit (papers, short papers, talks and so forth)?
In the latter case, any idea when the deadline for the full submissions will be?
Apologies for the confusion.
If A) I think we are a bit out of time - but I would be interested in hearing how many of you think they can get a short paper or similar together for the 15th - if we are enough we could still run with it :-)
If B) I think we should definitely get a panel running on RPGs. I will be happy to write the actual proposal but can I preliminarily ask how many of us that have submitted/can write papers/short papers/talks that would fit in with such a panel theme?
Cheers
Anders
