Hi Frans
Yep just saw it on the DiGRA website. It will be hard to get a panel organized AND have everyone write full papers in two weeks.
Or have I misunderstood the situation? If we just need to get the panel organized, that should be possible.
Are the panel papers in addition to the 50 main papers?
Cheers
Anders

Hi,
You can still submit panel proposals (plus papers attached to panels)
until April 15th, see:
http://www.digra2007.jp/Callforpaper.html
"The deadline for panel proposals is April 15 24:00, Apia Time (GMT
-1100). The selection will be based on panel proposals. A panel session
will have two hours, and a panel proposal should be up to 800 words in
addition to all the full papers in the panel. Authors and organizers of
panels will be requested to specify a relevant thematic focus and their
relevant disciplinary backgrounds."
- So, you need someone to coordinate the panel proposal, and invite all
relevant people to join the session with their papers.
Best,
