[Roleplaying] IJRP: Print on Demand

Lulu is terrific. I've printed 150 copies of Push vol 1 through them
and never had a single misprint or customer complaint. Additionally,
Clinton R. Nixon works for them and has been able to pull off
occasional miracles on behalf of the indie roleplaying community at
times (getting books printed overnight and shipped to GenCon) and
would be happy, I'm sure, to bend over backwards to help with a
project like this one, in emergance situations.
