[Dutch-chapter] GATE Meeting on Tuesday June 30, 11.00-16.00 hrs.

Dear Colleague,

Twelve PhD students in the GATE project are currently following a course
on science communication. As part of this course they will create a
presentation for a general public about their recent research. On
Tuesday June 30 they will give these presentation during a meeting in
the Kanunnikenzaal of the Faculty Club Helios of Utrecht University
(address: Achter de Dom 7a, Utrecht, see

will start at 11.00 hours and run until 16.00 hours and includes a
lunch. The program is as follows:

11.00 -- 13.00 hrs: First session of short presentations

13.00 -- 14.00 hrs: Lunch

14.00 -- 16.00 hrs: Second session of short presentations

You are cordially invited to attend this event. It will give you a great
opportunity to get an overview of the recent research work done in the
GATE project, presented in a way that should be understandable and
enjoyable for everybody. Attendance to the meeting is free but, because
